I wasn't always this fucked up. It took a great deal of care and conditioning to disturb me so. Really. Certainly it's tempting to think, in fact it even makes sense to, that the most demented people in the world are those raised without care; left to fend for themselves in the world and thus not in tune with the demands of sane society. But I contend that the opposite is true.
Sociopaths -- they're created in labs, and delicately handcrafted. Like pewter or silk.
